We are pleased to announce the formation of the Loretto Trust to preserve Saint Mary’s identity as an authentic all-women’s Catholic institution of higher education. We will respectfully oppose policies and campus activities that are at odds with the College’s Articles of Incorporation which currently state that it must adhere “to the tradition, teaching, and Canon Law of the Roman Catholic Church.” We will serve as a collaborative, unfettered, collective voice and source of information for alumnae, students, parents, and others concerned with sacrificing Catholic values for secular ideals at Saint Mary’s College.
